I was upgraded to a Junior Suite at check-in, which was spacious and had a great view. The bed was super comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast had plenty of options and the staff were really friendly. No mosquitoes at all, a big plus! 🦟

the check-in experience was less than stellar, with the staff acting like they were doing me a favor. the music in the lobby was simply unbearable, and i was shocked to find out the gym equipment was old and rusted. plus, i expected a complimentary upgrade, but what did i get? absolutely nothing. i almost gave them a good review, but just couldn’t.

Comfortable atmosphere for a restful stay.
The hidden entrance made finding the hotel challenging. The swimming pool was not well maintained, which was disappointing. I was also disappointed with the noise from the traffic, making it hard to relax in my room.

Friendly staff, clean room, great location made my stay memorable, with the added perk of reliable Wi-Fi that helped me plan my daily explorations and the hotel's close proximity to the city center making it easy to get around.

What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t
Upgraded to a Junior Suite on arrival, featuring an outstanding view and a cozy bed! The breakfast choices were plentiful, and the friendly staff made every moment enjoyable.
While the lobby was small, I missed a more welcoming reception area! Once in a while, the air-conditioning seemed to struggle, but it mostly did its job.

Wonderful staff who were always eager to assist. the gym and pool areas were delightful spots to unwind after a long day. The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious.
A couple of minor improvements needed in room maintenance. the air conditioning could be adjusted for optimal comfort.
